Fork seals size - Help
« on: October 06, 2019, 01:06:24 PM »
Hi all,

I am trying to replace fork seals on 1990 K75RT.

I pulled out my existing seals and measured them. They are 41.4x51x6, but BMW part number I found (31421450127) are 41x51x6.
It seems that 41x51x6 are much more common and easier to buy. For example All Balls Fork Kit - 56-164.

Question, was 41.4 installed by previous owner a mistake and I should be fine ordering 41.0?

Thanks!

Found these. For some reason labeled 'Cup', but part number checks out.

It looks like that might be an audition for work as a blow-up doll model. I suppose the money is made in sales royalties.
