Damn!  Those suckers are the gold standard/La-Z-Boy of motoseats.  It's the only way to cover 1000+ miles a day.  If I didn't already have one, I'd be on this one like stink on rice.  Judging from the looks, $250 is a pretty good price.  If you chase horizons, you better grab this seat.
