When I first discovered Motobrick...ah I recall it fondly...not! my headlights would mysteriously go out at the most inopportune moments. A long string of posts here helped me discover that the starter brushes ground the brick and at the wear limit it lets you know in a very demonstrative way.
Anyway, with the help of a local electrical service shop manager, I rebuilt this unit in 2017, still working great.
I probably spent more on the brush kit!
