Rancho Mirage CA ~ Daddy Ducks Bovine Grill

I give you:  The Megaduckodoublebaconcheeseburger (or MDDBCB for short)

Ingredients:

3/4 pound of freshly ground sirloin

Prior to cooking I knead in some mashed up freeze-dried O-rings and some Lea & Perrins.  Not only does the L&P add some flavor but it also keeps them from flaming up on the grill.

Then I slow grill them to perfection. (I'm visiting my dad in SoCal.  The one in the middle is the 1/4 pound version I made for him.)

Six strips of bacon and two slices of medium cheddar:

Sandwich it between a couple of slices of toasted French bread and top it all off with four tomato slices and two leaves of lettuce.  Then some mayo on the top side for the veggies and some salt and Heinz ketchup on the bottom for the burg.....

It'll fill you up....

Once I had a Collie pup. Dug a hole and covered him up. Now I sit there by the hour. Waiting for a Collie-flower.

Wow, that looks good enough to eat. My favorite food.

Does anyone here do my second favorite? Fried bologna.
