K100RS 1984 no spark

hello,

I have been working on my K100RS for 8 months and the project is done.
I am trying to start the bike but it will not start.
I have spark on spark plug 1 and 4 but nothing on 2 and 3.
Ignition coils are brand new and are OK.
I have a document that tells me how to trounleshoot everything but I am not elecrtician so I have a question.
I think the EFI is the problem.
The document tells me that I should measure 1.5 to 4 Volt AC on pin 9-10-14 of the female plug of the EFI.
I have no idea on how the measure this? Maybe someone can run me through this?

I've troubleshot a few of these now.

Forget efi for a while, just take tank off, clean every connector, and I mean everything.
Take earth's off on frame, clean with grit paper, reassemble... Report back

what he said.  the #1 item for no start is bad electrical connections...especially the grounds.  main ground under tank and main ground at battery.  BTDT.

This is one of those occasions when a problem was posted in a couple of places but the OP didn't follow up on one of them. The problem was posed then the solution apparently found by the OP in this thread—a faulty Hall Effect Sensor.
