BEP 3.0 Instuctions in English including outputs and polarities

Hi Builders.

Several times I have seen people frustrated with the Instructions supplied with the BEP3.0. I found a translated instruction on the Cafe4eu site and I have shared it a couple of times. Thought I might put it here for anyone to pick up

Thnx. Helps a lot. Do you know if it also processes and stabilises the rpm signal to remedy the jumping rpm problem?
