Thanks! I got power to Acewll when I took SWP straight from original connector to Acewell. For some reason SWP in BEP is 3,4V only!!! I think there is some problem with my BEP..

Connections were similar as BEP's Acewell MA85 manual so that wasn't the reason for lack of power.

Hi all from Oz, just installing an acewell 6454 through BEP3.0 to a k75 1992, read this thread and made some progress but looking to confirm some gaps as below
1. Fuel connection? Currently green wire connected to bar connection but what about the blue wire? Is that more relevant for this fuel sender?
2. Rpm can I connect yellow rpm direct to rpm on BEP 3 to  receive readings and not have to run yellow wire to coil/HT leads?
3. Speed , can i connect green speed wire to SPD on BEP 3.0 and not have to fit acewell speed sensor?
4 black gnd  wire (3 joint connections) I’ve earthed direct to bike frame and this appears to be all good?
5 red switched power and key red wire, joined together and connected to SWP on BEP 3.0,  is this correct ?
See 6x54 wiring diagram for reference as not all acewell connections are using same colours for all gauges
Not run up bike yet as have starter relay issues and tank off but other base functions look ok?

BAR is emulating the 1985 fuel sender unit with a 4L and 7L lamp.  You don’t use that output.  You connect your fuel sender yellow wire from the separate connector under the tank to the Acewell blue wire bypassing the BEP.  Remember to modify your fuel sender as per my instructions in “”Messing with the In Tank Fuel Sender”

You hook RPM output on the BEP to the yellow wire in connector block “B” on your gauge. You won’t need a separate coil connection.

You hook SPD output on the BEP to the green wire in connector block “C” on your gauge. You won’t need thee Acewell speed sensor.

  That works.

You hook SWP output on the BEP to the red wire in connector block “B” on your gauge. You hook BAT output on the BEP to the brown wire in connector block “B” on your gauge.  These outputs are supplying power to your gauge, one being switched and the other being continuous. You need both.

Thank you Robert for your prompt and complete reply, I also had a reply from supplier and Maru labs and it’s identical to yours so appreciate it
Will revisit this and tidy all the wiring up before I refit tank etc and run up.
Hope this helps others as none of instructions supplied would have clarified these queries.
Will also trim the wires and connectors not used as it’s tight for space under tank as I’ve placed BEP in relay box.
