Temp relay problems?

Well guys i got the project running but I noticed that the fan is not turning on, i had the bike on idle for 15 minuets and the fan dosent turn on


I did a few test after searching on here  but wanted to doble check


I jump the bare connector on the relay socket


Jumper A2 to 45 will bypass the temp relay and the fan should start.  fan works.

[/size]Jumper A3 to ground and the overtemp light illuminate.


Now i did this test and got nothing to work, i had the relay plug in and tryed to ground it from the bottom and got nothing , is this the right way to do it?

You should jump the contacts in the socket, with the relay removed.
Check that the fan isn't seized.

I made the test on the contacts and got the fan to turn on and also the over temp light to work but with the relay on i havent seen the fan work after 15 mints idle

Im thinking the relay is bad but dont have a 100% way to check it

Last test must be done with the relay in the socket and the engine running.
