I have included two pics.....leaks coming from copper colored bolt hydraulic line....

What he said, new hose with banjo fitting and new crush washers.

I've had banjo fittings split and leak if torqued to tight.

the banjo fitting is the metal piece at the end of the hose. it is round, like a banjo head, the washers are over and under it.

You could probably have some made locally, or you could just order a set of front and rear for some place like Spiegler.  Spiegler will also let you customize them with different colors if you want to look really snazzy.  I'm sure there are other options out there too, but I agree with johnny that it's time to replace the old rubber lines.
