I see you have an RT. If it's like my 1995 RT, you are looking at:
1. Remove knee pad: 2 screws on top (in the cubby compartment) and one long screw down low.
2. Remove cubby compartment: 2 screws towards the front. You already removed the two rear screws in step 1.
3. Now you can get to removing the lower fairing:
a. 2 bolts (10mm?) - 1 is low, the other is midway up.
b. 3 screws holding the top fairing to the lower fairing.
c. 2 screws holding the front fairing to the radiator shroud. These are easy to miss seeing the first time you try removing the fairing. Turn the front wheel and look backwards and up. A stubby phillips is quite useful on them.
As usual, the trick is to keep track of the various screws/bolts the first time you attempt it. Relying upon memory for reassembly doesn't always work too well for me. Good luck and keep in mind that after the 5th or 6th time, it won't seem too bad doing the removal and reassembly.
