You definitely don't have full throttle, I measured 45mm between the end of the idle screw and the stop. My screw at full throttle is level with the top band clamp on the throttle body. Do you have another bike that you can compare it to? It is possible that it has been assembled incorrectly I can't tell from the pictures. Is there a foreign body jammed in there .Possibly another member on this site might have a set of throttle bodies that they can photograph for you to compare.

It appears that Somebody took your throttle bodies apart and mounted the bellcrank (circled in red below) for the cable 90 degrees off.  i've not ever taken these apart but that's what it looks like to me.  As a result the back edge of the bellcrank is hitting the back rail and you can't open any further by cable or by hand.

It's correct mounted, if not the stop screw would also be out of position......it isn't.

Yeah, I just checked the TPS. Didn't seem to make a difference. However, I just found out I need a new throttle first... The teeth on the throttle bar are flattened, and it would 'skip' through the teeth when force was applied. The damage was hidden under a lot of grease.
You haven't told us what was done about this condition?

Marked solved!

First, thanks a lot for the responses and the time that went in them.
Sometimes the vaguest problems have the easiest solutions. The most right bottom hose clamp was turned in such a way it blocked the butterfly. The manual says that the middle two bottom clamps should be turned about 35 degrees to avoid blocking the butterfly. I guess the previous owner misread and turned all clamps 35 degrees. I couldn't see it until I was ready to disassemble the butterfly. It cost me some time to find out, but I hope someone else can avoid this by reading this topic.

@filmcamera

I don't know yet, guess I'll have to go to the autobahn to test it out!

I had my first drive just now, and my oh my what an absolute monster (the first 1000cc bike I've driven). Really happy with the bike now!
