Yes, we are, and you were right the first time with the "s" in the title except the "s" should have been lowercase to prevent confusion with K-bike S-model designation. There is no end to the facets of learning on this site, BAMBAM. It's the equivalent of Seafoam for grammar.

Every one should enroll in and support this worthy organization right now.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone here ridden a K1? I wonder if that big ol" (proper apostrophe use for the deleted letter"d") front fender provides an increased airflow which reduces heat to the rider? I could make one out of pieces of one of those yellow plastic trash cans I bet.

after riding a k1 i almost fell over cause my knees would not work and i couldnt getts my feet off the pegs...

it was hot that day... the k1 motobrick is hot... period...

When I quit riding about 3 years ago, and sold a bunch of bikes to pay for 2 titanium connecting rods installed in my hips, I had to stop because I could not lift my feet to the pegs to start on hills or just ride off. Heat instead would have been welcome.

It's strange, but it seems like I just fell into one of the best bikes for me again.

Same thing happened when I got my R90/6 years ago at an auction. The mechanics who worked on it from Engle Motors in KC were there, but stopped when I bid $1400. Rode that bike for at least 12 years. What a bike, although it wasn"t an S. I was so thrilled to get it that I missed the camper trailer sitting right next to it!!

I'm liking this 94 better every day!! Hmmmm, 94 bike, 1894 30-30?? coincidence.....I think not. :machinegun:

im with ya just brought k1 home sunday afternoon pouring rain today but i will try to get pics up and really do i have to have one to enjoy and love them. because i am highly impressed with my first beemer even with its low horse power compared to what im used to its a blast to drive and much quicker than i expected i just wish the beemer peeps were as nice and enjoyable most of you on here seem like paronoid drunk recluses as they say a little sugar goes a long way and i dont mean for makin moonshine there that should set the blog on fire thanks for your interest hope to see you at the ny beemer event

got to borrow a ketchup and mustard (the only color that matters) a couple decades ago. What Johnny said. Engine started to growwwwl about 6000rpm very addictive.
