Torque values and timing chain

How can I get torque values for engine parts? Someone has it?

Another question about timing chain. I did not found in manual any information about wear signs or changing intervals. How I can deduct that chain or tensioners are worn out? What is the approx mileage? All information will be wellcomed.

As far as the timing chain and tensioner, about all you can do is to open the front timing cover and give it a physical examination.
As far as I know the chain and tensioner rail on my '95 is still original and over 105,000 miles, yet I had my '97 in the shop on '08 at 25,000 and the shop replaced both of them. I have them in a box and I don't think they look that bad at all. I'm going to compare the chain to the one in the '95 and if it's in better shape, I'll put it in.

Thanks for manual. But regarding timing chain, is getting noisy with the time? I have "only" 100.000KM (not miles) so it is allmost brand new. :yes
