Keith are you talking about the return line that exits out the front bottom of the fuel rail?

I did have a lot of problems with the return had to keep trimming it till I got it just right. If my local dealer had it in stock I would have bought it.

The 4 port line on the back of the throttle bodies had leaks where it joined each throttle as well. $75 hose :( I took some high quality hardening gasket goop to seal it up. Seems to be holding. It doesn't pull a lot of vacuum as it's above the blades. See how it does.

Did get in some miles today...different bike!  I had some back fire on decel  I had been writing off as TPS that it seems to have mostly cured. Much smoother overall.  Wish I had done this last year when I bought the parts.

You know what it was? It was RUST coming off of the rusty gas pump and through the engine because there was a hole in the filter. The kerthunking went away when we cleaned the rust off and replaced the internal gas filter. Thanks all!
