I've run this stat in my K75 for a few weeks now. It's November in Michigan so I don't know how well it works when it's hot out but it's been able to keep the engine at normal operating temp despite ambient temps being just above freezing.

This thread has raised some doubts over whether it's able to close the bypass route properly which may be an issue with hot ambient temperatures. I'll report back in I dunno, 6 months on how it's doing  :mm

I re-used my old seals.

I traced the thermostat johnny posted to be the same as a Stant Superstat # 45758. Retail price at Advance Auto Parts was $10.09 and was in stock at my local store.

I've been riding with 70f+ ambient temps and no issues keeping the bike at operating temp

I used the felpro 35292 as a thermostat gasket, but it required trimming around the outside with a razor blade till it fit snug. I figure it's internal, so not terribly important. For the thermostat cover, felpro 35087 fit perfectly.  I think it's also a victor c31347, but I haven't tried that brand.
