85 K100. I have tried copper crush washer and a rubber inner metal outer washer and nothing will seal the lower drain plug. Any ideas?

The normal crush washers for the drain plugs are aluminum, not copper.
Get a new alum one and possibly a new drain plug, clean the mating surface real good.
Maybe even touch it a bit with some emery cloth, there may be a small burr that a washer wont seal.

And torque it if you have a torque wrench available.  30Nm - 21 ft-lbs
