If your Brick's heated handlebar grips are OEM, each has an insert to accommodate a wired heating element. Replacement grips would need to have the same diameters; that would seem to be an unlikely circumstance even if you
could remove those elements without damaging them. To me it seems you should be searching for wrap-around or stretching covers that would not increase the grip diameter to an uncomfortable degree. Maybe someone else with pertinent experience will chime in.
