Nothing specific happened, 30 year old bikes behave differently, every time I fixed something another issue developed. Certain parts no longer available so work arounds have to be performed. The bike runs well, however a BMW tech reported idle speed a little rough, like the intake has air leaks from o-ring failure or flange warpage. According to them(BMW) it is a 5 hour job(including fuel line replacement)for a wheel barrow of money. I never noticed any rough idling with the motor. I had the electrical issue because Bulb Monitor relay was bad, no longer available, so I had a shop do a work around. Brake lines were ready to go so I replaced all of them last month, time to do the fuel lines as well. Earlier this year I had brake light not working, got it fixed, then brake light stayed on forever after changing out brake lines, switch is cooked probably, only $50, the state inspection is current, however I went and bought a BMW R1200RT so I am going to sell this bike. Will list it at BMWOA also.
