Replacing Crankcase Gasket for K100

Hi, I don't want to drain the coolant and remove the hoses, what can I do to replace the crankcase gasket for K100. Looking forward to your comments? Thanks.

Welcome to the scrum, mitch!

There is only one hose that passes through the crankshaft cover. Its upper end attaches to the radiator; its lower end attaches to the water/oil pump. If you don’t want to drain the coolant then lift the cover—including its hose—from their attachment points to the engine, radiator, and pump so you can install the gasket, you probably should find somebody who will do it for you.
 
You can reuse the coolant if you drain it into a clean container but if the last time it was replaced is unknown or it looks discolored, replace it.

You don't have to remove the radiator hose, just remove the crankcase cover, it will pivot around the hose, which is flexible.

Here we go—complete with an oil bath! It could be possible. Cleaning oil from mating surfaces could be challenging. I'd rather remove it.

That's a good reminder that it would be easier to deal with the oil if it hasn't been started for a day or so, and parked on the side stand, as well as when doing the job.
