Hi All
Have recently purchased a 1992 K75RT with a view to put it on NSW Club Registration next year

At 64 years young, this is my third BMW. Previously owning a K100RT in 1989 and a S1000XR (what a bike) in 2018. The K75 is unregistered at the moment and has the usual leaky fuel tank and rear master cylinder.
It will also need an entire going over. Motor/Gearbox/Diff and Splines are all sound. 80,000km it was hard to resist at $2100.00 AUD.

Looking forward to exchanging ideas and the usual Forum Banter

Cheers
Auldy

Welcome Auldy ... and right on cue, fellow "inmate" Martin steps forward ... as for the "usual forum banter" you speak of, well we accept all types here ... (including our dearest neighbours and friends in 'merica !) Seriously - lots of great folks and help to be had here and congrats on the new scoot mate.

Cheers!

Hey Guys
Thanks for The Welcomes

Martin, I was lurking a bit before joining and have already ordered a Master Cylinder, now available in standard black 👍

Will try and sort out this photo setup and resize some of my pics.

Was a Mechanic by Trade from 1974 to 1989 then a cop for 25 years. I plan on doing the majority of work myself and chasing parts down.

Also currently reassembling a 1966 CA77 Honda Dream. Have resprayed it, new wiring loom, rims, spokes, laced the wheels and tensioned wrenched the spokes, new clutch, motor vapour blasted.

Have just finished cutting back and buffing & refitted the motor.

Will get to work on photos

Cheers 🍻 Chaps
