Hi Volador.. It was stuck and causing the fuse to blow but It's working fine now - I was pleased that the rubber vibration mount was in such good condition - I saw some photos of bikes on line where it had turned into a sticky mess  ..

OK. I was verifying that it had one or the other. You might have gotten lucky with this repair. Remember—no celebrating for at least a thousand miles.  :laughing4-giggles: Run some Techron through the system, too.

Thanks for the update. You got off easy that rubber damper can make a bloody mess. If you have not Techron in the shire a litre of kerosene, diesel, auto transmission fluid, Marvel Mystery oil, etc... will help clean out the petrol system. Tally-ho and keep the shiny side up!
