Do I need to change timing belt/chain?
« on: January 19, 2017, 06:06:27 PM »
Hi guys,

I'm so new to this I don't even know if my K1100LT has a chain or a belt...  :dunno

Anyway, It's 25 years old, and 65.000K. Do I need to change it? Whatever it is?

Thanks

Down load one of these and read all about it.

If it is not broken, you do not need to fix it—whatever it is.

Ok, it has a chain...  :hehehe

Nothing about changing it just because... I guess it's like a bmw car then. Just forget about it :)
