So, now my wheel is already mounted and all looks great, all I was needed is 2mm original additional shim. There is no much space between monolever and tire but are not touching and about 3mm space left. Will include pictures later on.
Now on your request SJ 2000 please find pictures I've found regarding handlebar switches. Sory I could not found another pictures of existing handlebars switches. If you want that pics in high res send me your email.

Another question to ALL. Anyone try to mount fuel radiator? I had that idea in my previous project but somehow I drop it but now will definitely go for it!! Need some suggestions and YOUR opinion.
Why, just because and may be a little to decrease heat of my fuel in tank.

Since you do not have any fairings or shrouds on the front, mount it on the radiator near the top.  This will give it cool air flow with the motorcycle in motion, it will ensure that the amount of fuel line exposed to road debris is minimized and will be as visually unobtrusive as could be possible.  Use long tie wraps that goes through the fins to secure the fuel cooler to the radiator.

I put an extruded aluminum cooler on my K75 that looks pretty good.  No time to post details now.  Will post some links and photos this evening.

The trace on monolever comming from previous mount without additional shim. In case I'll see any friction will just buy another 2 mm shimm and that will solve all. But so far so good. Will go for a ride soon so will see how it behaves.

Was that taken off google? (Im looking to find a similar setup and muffler) Know where I can find one?

How extensive do the forks need to be modded to fit onto the frame?

I would like to see pictures of what you did to make it (forks) fit if you dont mind :)

I am having trouble with sourcing k1100 forks now (the guy hasn't got back to me) and I am looking at alternatives other than the k100...

Thanks!

Well, I did not decide for 100% what will be on the front end but one option is Ninja full "set".

I already had a complete front end from Suzuki GSXR1000, don't have time to install it yet, if you are interested in Suzuki, then this diagram below will help you.
