My girl (not married yet) didn't know how to use a ratchet when we first started dating... I've tried to get her to help out in the garage but it doesn't interest her. However, she DOES like the outcome of my works, like going fast and turning sharp, and she doesn't mind too much that most of my extra income is spent on my bikes or my cars... I think she's a keeper.

That being said, she also didn't seem to have an issue with me rebuilding a carburetor on the kitchen table... but that could just be because it isn't her house yet, hahaha. Key word "yet". :beehive:

My most tolerant and best half has no interest in bikes, riding or otherwise, and has the divorce lawyer on speed dial. I try to keep the indoor activities to a minimum!

I have been using the vacuum cleaner, in the blow configuration to check for exhaust leaks. Just stick it up the exhaust pipe and use soapy water in a spray bottle to spray joints. No bubbles no leaks as yet, beats the tissue paper method no burnt hands.
