A good friend and I recently took a 5 day jaunt that led us through parts of southwestern virginia, kentucky, west virginia, maryland, pennsylvania and then on home. spent a couple days in VA/KY/WV area, got to ride VA RT 16 (back of the dragon) and many other mountain roads/passes. daily mileage averaged 250 or so which isn't much at all when riding super-slab at 80+ MPH but at speeds of 40 or less it makes for a long day and tired shoulders that only a frosty beverage at days end can relieve. some pics posted (my first attempt, so be kind). i will try and add caption to each photo but in likelihood of failed attempt on my part i'll provide a summary here.
scoots were: my 85 K100RS, which turned 200,000 miles on this trip and friends Harley something or other.
