This throttle cable distributor was removed from my 04 R1150RT at about 50k miles. I changed it because I had read that it should be changed. Since I had already bought a new one I did. I wiped the dirt off of this old one and I see nothing wrong with it. The current distributor in my bike now has 80K miles on it. I looked at it about 10k ago when I last changed cables. I saw nothing wrong with this one currently in use either. I don't believe they are a wear item like is being said on the internet. Therefore this used one is for sale. It will fit several bikes as shown below.
