I guess I'll speak to the fork oil, everyone's different.
I'm about 160, and I use 10wt in my forks.
I also have Radial tires on the bike too. The radials should have just a little bit more "give" in the sidewalls when hitting a bump and flexing the suspension. The Bias ply tire will be a little bit stiffer in the side wall area I believe, and potentially make for a harsher ride.
Start with some 10wt, and see how the ride is for you. if it's too soft, drain some out(measure how much you remove) and add some heavier oil back in(same amount you removed).
Likewise if the ride is too firm, add back some lighter weight oil instead.
Just different oil may make enough of a difference for you. Some riders have gone as far as new springs and oil to get their ride how THEY like it.
