Slash 2 or slash 3A?

I have seen some listings about K75/2 and K75/3 or /3A.
I looked on my pink slip from the DMV and all it states is "1995 BMW" motorcycle.
Can someone please tell this noobie what the differences between a /2and a /3 are so that I can figure out what version I have?

I think it's when they changed a few things around 1990, the biggest being giving the standard K75 a rear disc. And the "S" forks, that then got changed to Showas in 92.

Once I had a Collie pup. Dug a hole and covered him up. Now I sit there by the hour. Waiting for a Collie-flower.
