I just got one of these. Works pretty well for me. A bit tight trying to fit my big head through it, but it works like a charm, and is quite comfortable, as well as quiet. Gets rid of a lot of wind roar, and pounding from wind. Keeps my chin warm too.
BTDT with the windjammer, only to return to a stock Shoei chin curtain. On a positive note, the jammer was slightly warmer for winter riding.
I've been on a "quiet search" lately, silicone earplugs seem to work the best so far. Difference between using earplugs for a long trip Vs nothing is amazing for fatigue level reduction. Still guilty of NOT donning hearing protection for short trips.
I should go into MC helmet marketing for employment. State of the art lid would have Bluetooth, integrated shield wiper, LED lighting, hearing protection, auto transition photo-chromic sun darkening for the shield and more.
Damn picky about helmets, Shoei & Arai are my favs followed by Nolan. Absolutely HATE the Schubert. Purchased a Concept 3 years ago, one of the noisiest lids I have ever owned at speed. Plus, the overall fit was shoddy.
