I'm currently turning my K100 into a custom - so I've got loads of bits that if I don't get rid of as I go it will likely end up in an attic for 100 years. All bits were working (note the * for more detail). I'll include rough prices although I'm really open to anything and mostly want to cover postage and a few beers.

What I have available currently:
Front Forks, triple clamps complete with riser (£100)?
Handlebar, controls/switchgear. (£30) The bright/dim light toggle didn't work - I suspect the handlebar switch from reading threads here so consider that an issue (although it may have been something else)
Mirrors (£5) (not standard - no idea what they are)
Headlight, including fork brackets - believe its from a Cx500c (£30)
Seat - Leather NOT in great condition - but if you were looking for a base to recover its decent (£20)
Full brake system except rear calliper (£100)
- ABS control unit
- ABS pumps
- Front callipers
- Front disks
- Brake lines
Tail piece including tail light and indicators (£50 - postage would be interesting)
I'll post more up as I go and can supply individual pics of anyone is interested in anything.
