That non-stop ABS flashing stopped like y'all said it would. I took my battery to the auto parts store, they tested it and we came up with 12.9 volts. The dude behind the counter said, "That's enough to start it (true), you're good (untrue)". I went on Amazon and found EXACTLY the right battery per the manual.
While waiting for the battery's arrival, I went back to the auto parts store looking for a probe attached to a wire attached to a little gator clip, to reset the ABS... like the one I saw on a YouTube video. By the time I hit the 3rd auto parts store ISO this item, I realized a cheap, easy to buy freaking wire would work too, so I bought a few feet of 14 ga. Sheesh.
Bottom line, battery installed, then I found that three wire connector/diagnostic plug behind the right-side battery cover. The cap was gone and it looked a little gnarly in there, so I rolled up some fine grade sandpaper and twirled it around inside the center terminal, then blew it out. From there, the stripped wire end went in, and the other end of the wire got attached to the battery ground wire, down next to the shifter.
While holding the ABS dash button, I turned on the ignition, counted to 30, turned it off, disconnected everything and went for a ride. The flashing stopped before I got to the end of the driveway. Thanks again for the solutions found here.
