Just bought and received an OEM windshield for my K75. The seller sent this pic of how it was mounted on his K100. Looks t me it should move up and also use the screw on the triple tree. Is that correct?

Attached is a photo from a
Bring a Trailer offering
showing the windscreen mounting bracket raised to accept the fork cross brace screw. Note how the upper flange of the bracket rests on top of the cross brace. Note also the size and position of the screw's washer.

Perfect - thank you. It looks like the fasteners aren’t original. I’m going to add some washers similar to that shown.
