I have rotated my K75s bars up and back. The upwards part was achieved by fitting another set of OEM handle bar clamps inverted on top of the triple tree clamps using longer bolts. A mate on a K100Rs used a set of fully adjustable clamps bought online I'll try and find out where. Another mate with K100RS bars has just gone down my track. The dash pad brackets will have to be extended by approx 20mm. Both are happy with the results.
Regards Martin.

Mate got his off Ebay.https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2PCS-Motorcycle-HandleBar-Risers-22mm-28mm-Handle-Bar-Mount-Clamp-Riser-Aluminum/153467309242? He did have trouble initially with them loosening off, but fixed it in the end.
