Shiny new pants
« on: June 01, 2012, 04:07:59 PM »
Just bought a set of these riding pants for summer riding .... will update when i've had a few miles on them, but I can tell you they look great (non-storm trooper-ish) and are comfortable sitting here waiting to leave work  :yes

Funnily enough, they have the word "d.r.a.k.e" in the url, which mysteriously got changed when I posted it   :hehehe :hehehe
Backfire!

Added the matching jacket to my shiny pants.  Fantastic in 90+ heat.  Zips to the pants. Fits like a glove

Yes, they know me by name. :)  Seriously, they have been fantastic to work with, both on product recommendation and post-sale service.   Those are pretty spiffy looking, probably make ol' red a little faster eh?

Just want to take this opportunity to say how much I like my Motoport pants.

http://www.motoport.com/index.php?option=com_redshop&view=product&pid=46&cid=29&Itemid=15

I bought them for my NY-AZ-NY ride last October, and they've been great -- with the liner, warm and truly waterproof; without the liner, comfortable in warm weather. They fit equally well over jeans and over boxers.

The sizing instructions were baffling at the time but the results were great, all the armor sits exactly right when I'm motobricking along.
