Well one of the things I have found with the project bikes I been working on is a number of parts that freeze or rust up on a K bike that been sitting around for years, one of them is the horn(s). I have two 91 K100 RS that sat for years and none of the horns work on the bikes. the replacement part 02 61 33 7 163 975 HORN - FIAMM 510HZ are $49.65 a pop. I found this part
https://www.ryderfleetproducts.com/fiamm-72343-22/horn-electric-high-note-w-adapter-p-t37-7234322, Fiamm Horn electric high note w/adapter - 72343-22 for $6.15 that I was able to install in the stock position on a the 91 K100 RS. I can't tell you that it sounds the same as the stock one since I don't have a working one, but this horn was plenty loud enough that I am only going to use one on the bike instead of two that were installed on it.
It is hard to install a horn in the stock place on a RS with the fairing on, but I was able to do it by removing the side pad and the temp gauge.
The new horn is on the right in both pictures, it is slightly smaller then the stock one. It comes with a number wiring adapters, the one with male spade tips work perfectly with the stock horn wires.
