Dear all,
I have a small but consistent oil leak at the front, which I narrowed down to the pressure switch, boot is full of oil. I have bought a new unit, but I have two questions, a) the new unit has got a screw in type contact at the end, which is loose, should I just tighten it nice and snug? Also, the torque value for the switch itself seems to be incredibly high, 40Nm, basically way over of even a brake caliper bolt. I have looked at various sources, the torque table lurking on the net, forum postings and Haynes, but is this correct? I do not want to strip a thread by going all He-man on that nut... Thanks!
