November 1966 package date code???????? MIL Spec or not, you gotta  wonder if that stuff is still any good .... It comes with an "opening key", how handy.

according to this spec sheet ,which i think is the correct one,
scroll down to 3.5.1 where it states moly content between 4.5 and 5.5%
