Alright folks,

I went on a 70ish mile ride this weekend and I believe I finally have the problem sorted.
The fuel pump was bad, it was a new pump, but it was bad. Not sure where the pump came from because it was installed by the previous owner.
I went with the Ford pump that alot of people are using for the replacement, got it on amazon (2 day prime shipping!) so I was pretty excited about that. As has been noted elsewhere it is significantly smaller but there are numerous ways of making it fit. Here is a link for those who are curious https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DFGWGJI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Thanks for the help,
Gene
