1994 K75 low seat vs 1991 K100 RS regular seat
« on: July 17, 2016, 06:20:15 PM »
Hi

I have a 1991 K100RS with a regular seat which I have been looking to swap for a low seat since I am 5' 6" which leaves me on tip toes with the regular seat.

I have the possibility of buying the seat, tank protector and all hardware from a 1994 K75 ABS and want to try and confirm whether that is compatible with my 91 K100 RS 4V.

I think it is but any confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The ECU holder used together with the low seat is designed for the Jetronic unit.
I would guess that you most be prepared to some "adjustement/plastic surgery"
on the holder to make the Motronic fit in.

Here are some pics of the K75 ECU holder -- If that's the only difference, maybe you can make it work.
