any thoughts on brake lever removal

po replaced front brake master assy overtightened and stripped lever pivot bolt allen head,it is recessed in master. he also used some sort of grease on pivot bolt that has hardened and is making lever stay applied. any thoughts???

Try some Brakleen cleaner on the grease to see if you can clean it out. The apply some spray silicone, or smear some moly60 on it.

I did get lever freed up in pivot points but it seems that the master piston is sticking in the bore , handle is no longer holding brakes on . Have to remove brake lever to service master piston. no hurry I'm injured and can't ride , sucks.

has stopped in left turn lane waiting to turn left ,texter drove into oncoming hitting me in the car head on ,no insurance,nerve pinched in neck. He forgot to pay for his insurance that month but remembered to pay his phone bill . hurtin since november.

Joe Stalin form of justice would solve the texting drivers problem very quickly.  Need to clamp down on this behavior.

open season on texters,simple rules, eyes off the road take a pic and shoot them . your actions would be justified. :hehehe

Iv done it but it's tricky most aftermarket parts are not bmw friendly but with a little creativity ull get it ..
