I LOVE IT! it looks great! Im at the stage of figuring out instrument cluster and have been  reading through the posts re; Tach signal and speedo issues. What cluster is that? and  how much of a PITA was it to get functioning?

Thank you, will be some slight changes once I get the bike running again, like I just got bigger headlight and will hide all wires in the front... Cluster is ebay peace, I paid like $40 or so for it, looks cool and matches what I wanted in it, so far speedometer is not a problem because it comes with sensor and couple magnets, you just need to make a bracket install it on the front and than adjust the diameter of the wheel, it does just fine. On the other hand TACH signal is an ASS, can't get clear signal yet, the RPMs keeps jumping form 2 to 4k... There is a video on youtube just tipe in "k100 speedometer" "k100 cluster" on of the first videos are pupping up, same speedo unit as I have, same year and model bike, can't miss it, the guy there shows how he connected it together and shows all the components he used, I did the same thing, but I cannot get clean signal from there.

The diagonal stripe is a nice touch, aldan. It looks good and the seat looks comfortable. Thanks for posting the photos.

Honestly, pointing the readership to a dubious Youtube video that shows a guy blipping his throttle is no help whatsoever it trying to understand how you've tried to solve your RPM display problem.
1. Where are you trying to pick up the RPM signal?
2. Have you built a conditioning circuit or not?
3. What is the schematic of that circuit if you have built and installed one?
4. have you approached the manufacturer of the gauge or the seller of the gauge to ask them for assistance?

More concrete information will go a long way to getting your problem diagnosed and solved.  Sending us on an Easter Egg hunt will not accomplish that goal.

Nice bike! I have same speedo must put it on yet.

I have read this in the follow link.
"Get a 100K ohm 0.5 W resistor and a 10 nF 630V capacitor - costs are 0,5$.

Look at the page and the last picture.
