K75 saddlebags.

Yo from North Carolinar.  I tried to remove my right hand saddlebag (oem bmw so it appears) and got the latch that holds the bag to the frame unlocked properly and unlatched but was not able to lift it out of the slot in which it sits.....I thought maybe the rear blinker signal must be removed, and have not tried that yet, but obviously I am missing something.

Just keep trying. They are a pain to get off until you figure it out. You don't need to remove the light.

after opening the latch at the front bottom that locks it to the zrail... put both hands on the bottom of the bag and gently lift and slide backwards lifting it off the zrail... thats all nothing more...

no help here, after having no problem getting them off for 26 years they have become damn near impossible in the last year or so. Had to use prybar last time, they tilt up and slide back but damn, that's it.  Checked mounts, bolts, etc, no major dumps lately.

Sliding them backwards and wiggling them seems to work for me

LOOK at the bags and the slot that they hang on the racks from.

There's a tab that keeps the bag from jumping up off the rack.

Unlatch the bag, tilt it out from the bottom so the latch clears and then slide the bag to the rear till it stops.

That tab is now behind the rack and you can lift it up and out to remove.

Simple once you know how to do it.
