Working on my K1100RS (1995) 67000miles. Replaced rear disk with a used but good part. The old one was badly worn and looked as though it might have been over heated. I had flushed the ABS 2yrs prior untill the fluid was clear. I installed new pads this time around. I noticed as I blead the system again that the brake pedal felt odd...like it was binding, the rear brake wouldnt release quickly either. I blead it some more and the fluid was clear once again, a few tiny particals floating around in it. After ride to work and back I felt the rear brake drag a bit, again. I took the master cylinder apart and carfully cleaned it. I flound nothing unusual ,all the ports were clear. I blead it through the ABS module, clear fluid. Blead the caliper, the fluid was a bit darker. I could stomp on pedal, the wheel would spin freely. Crazy stuff... pulled the flex brake line and found all kinds of rubber chunks clogging the caliper port! Order new Galfer SS lines front and rear.
