Hi everybody.
Some issues today on my k1100 almost modify in a cafe racer.
I had install the signal some time ago, the forward signal.
Rizoma.Lamp really fast, i don't know why led or why i had not the rear signal, but at least the 2 signal works.
I've get the wir of the stop and signal.
I've cut out the plastic connection and I see there are 5 cable.
1 brown and the othe red blu/blu black blu/black (or blue now i don't remember)
So i don't know anyway why i've 5 cables (the stop need just one??)
I attach the first rear signak and everything is fine.
I've attach the second and the forward signal stay fix light on.
Turn off the motorbike and keep on.
The signal begin to smoke.
I chop the wire check everything and I deconnect all the signals.
Now when i try to turn on the signal the relay just do TRRRRRRRRR so i think is fine (when the signals are not attached do thois noise...)
Now I would ask :)
how I can connect with 5 cables stop and rear signals?
What kind of thing is happen??
I fuse a signal why?
As I told you I must finish this motorbike soon as possible so if you cold reply me I will appreciates :)
Thanks a lot :)
Gabriele

ok get it :)
The brown go on the frame for ground.
The other go
positive right rear signal-blue/black
negative right rear signal on frame

positive left rear signal-blue/red
negative left rear signal on frame

positive tail light-gray/black
positive brake light-gray/yellow
negative rear light-frame

right?
