Key Problem

I just tried to use my fork lock. It works with my folding key but not my solid key. Any one else have this problem? I have looked at both keys side by side and can't tell any real difference.The non folding key appears to be slightly longer, but not by much. Could that make any difference?

I think the folding key must be used in the folded position in order to reach sufficiently deep into the lock to actually work.  That's been my experience anyway....

Sometimes the key's shoulder (see attached pic) can cause issues.  Try pulling the key out a tad from full insertion to see if that works.
