64 degrees, esoteric weather riding envelope. A few of the secondary roads were fresh paved asphalt, yee haw, even lane marker paint was absent. :-)

300 miles, picked up if one dons earplugs, your 1000% percent less fatigued period for distance. I always wear plugs on the F due to the wind screen, 50/50 piloting the K 75. Small talk with a Harley rider at the coffee shop. he he, turns out he desires a K bike.

Opine that most K whiners do NOT flog there whips hard enough both fast and slow. Close friend recently complained about front break squeal on a 1990 K 100 RS. Couple of hard pulls from 80 mph was the miracle touch. Same deal for shifting, a bricK is real happy @ 7K on the tach, don't baby it,read a brave new world awaits bricKheads.

I have some pics of the motobricK stickers in real time on my City bags. FWIW, the adhesive qualities seem to be spot on. Let me stumble upstairs from the BMW stable of steeds and upload shortly.

dunno, dual sport mode is still my fav philosophy for two wheels. It's the "lack of traffic" presence that turns me on.

While looking at your signature on this entertaining observational piece, I realize I should have known I would eventually get a K bike - KBMW was the prophecy.   While growing up in Wahpeton, ND (quite a few years ago) our local radio station was KBMW.  I think those may still be the call letters.  Anyway, I had no way of knowing back then that it was an indicator of what was coming in my life.
