Tank bag as supplied by BMW, was stored for years, material is like new. The side strap elastic part (shown) is old and lost tension, needs replaced. These bags are designed to allow gas cap access without removing the assembly. It unzips and folds forward, with base still attached. This was purchased years ago as I wanted to be sure I had one as they got harder to find. I sold the bike. One photo shows an interior side reinforcement I made, as I wanted to prevent crush if items were added on top of the bag. Does not need to stay in if not wanted. Also has the unused rain cover, and the extra extended top section to use if ever needed. $100 takes it, I paid more.see more photos here:
