I will say, the 16v is silky smooth compared to the 8v.

Hey Chaos ... your "kitchen" is in way better shape than mine ... I didn't see a cooler or range in your pic (only the brew on the counter), but there are other many other ways to make things more normally messy you know - come on man ... stop shaming regular folks!

From this perspective, you'll see the meatball maker set up to deposit meatballs into the basket. The vertically-oriented floor fan is for kilt ventilation.
