rear brake master cylinder plunger
« on: July 12, 2012, 04:26:38 PM »
The plunger in my 85 K100 rear brake master cylinder needs to be replaced and I am wondering if any one who rebuilt it kept the old plunger. It's small plastic piece and that's all I need to get the bike back on the road. I could only buy the whole rebuild kit for $50-60, but for an unemployed, it's more than I'd like to spend right now.

aloha

I just ran all my parts through an ultrasonic cleaner and put them back together. Seems to work fine on a 1988 BMW k100lt.
