Name of Good Midwest K-Bike Mechanic

I need the names of some Midwest K-bike mechanics, please. Most BMW shops seem to work mostly on Rs, with the occasional K. I'd like to find someone who's passion is K bikes.

I still haven't resolved the issue from earlier in the year, and the guy who worked on it was tweaking and adjusting a bunch of settings, so I'm not sure how far from baseline the bike is.

I really want to avoid anyone who says that any non-BMW part is wrong and must be replaced with factory BMW parts. For example, I bought some nice plug wires from RAMSHOX, last year. The bike ran great with them until it developed this problem. The mechanic who couldn't fix the bike said that those wire need to be replaced with factory BMW wires, which is clearly ridiculous and a punt.

Is there a reason that you don't want to address the problems yourself?  With the help of the members here I would think there aren't many things you can't correct. 

How about you post a description of the problems you're having and what you have done to the bike since it last ran properly.

Some things need to be handled by professionals.

The guy who tried to fix it hooked it up to an analyzer and went to town tweaking this and that setting.

I have no way of knowing what he changed or what it should be.

you could put it on a trailor and haul it to the motobrick garage and get it in the que...

guaranteed to wheelie and drag peg like a moe... even on tar snakes...

I'm very interested in that. It's Winter, and I have more bikes. What part of Cheesesconsin?

This bike handles tar snakes better than the other one.

"A historic blizzard pummeled The Motobrick Garage in north-central Wisconsin. A large area of 25 to 45 inches of snow and winds gusting over 85 mph rewrote the record books for many locations across the area.  Blizzard or near-blizzard conditions to much of the area made roads impassable by snow machine from time-to-time. Winds of 55 to 90 mph caused sporadic power outages and created waves of 20 to 36 feet on Lake Superior. The persistent wind created shoreline erosion along the shores of the lake.  The Motobrick Garage was still standing and dozens of BMW K-series motorcycles were unscathed."
